  • MAID SERVICE TECHNICIAN

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of residential properties. Employees in this job classification perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, removing trash, polishing furniture, and simple operation of basic mechanical cleaning equipment.

  • FLOOR TECHNICIAN

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the cleaning of multiple flooring materials in commercial and residential properties. Employees in this job classification are supervised and perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to, carpet cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and operation of basic and complex mechanical floor cleaning equipment.

  • JANITORIAL TECHNICIAN

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of commercial properties. Employees in this job classification are supervised and perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, polishing furniture, cleaning restrooms, and simple operation of basic mechanical cleaning equipment.

  • GUTTER CLEANING TECHNICIAN

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with gutter cleaning and pressure washing of commercial and residential properties. Employees in this job classification may or may not be supervised and perform various duties requiring great physical strength. Gutter Cleaning Technicians must be comfortable working with ladders, heights up to 40 feet, and the operation of basic mechanical cleaning equipment.

  • WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIAN

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with window cleaning of commercial and residential properties. Employees in this job classification are supervised and perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength. Window Cleaning Technicians must be comfortable working with ladders, heights of 40 feet, and the operation of basic mechanical cleaning equipment.

  • TEAM LEADER (CLEANING)

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of commercial and residential properties. Employees in this job classification are supervised and perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength. Team Leaders must also be knowledgeable in all areas of cleaning. In addition to the above listed tasks, this person will be responsible for conducting on-the-job training for cleaning technicians, ordering and distributing supplies and materials, relaying instructions from the operations manager, assisting the operations manager in employee evaluations, determining the need for special project work to be performed, leading a team of cleaning technicians and participating in non-routine work .

  • OPERATIONS MANAGER (CLEANING)

    This position includes the management and supervision of cleaning services in their entirety. Employees in this job classification report to the Vice President of Operations, who serves as the head of the operations department. This person will direct the daily activities of all cleaning personnel in particular buildings, "areas," or "zones." As such, this person will be required to be certified in any applicable areas of service, and will be responsible for operational protocol.

  • CHEMICAL APPLICATOR

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with landscape application to commercial and residential properties. Employees in this job classification are supervised and perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to the application of, fertilizer, lime, chemical weed killers and pest control chemicals, and the operation of basic mechanical equipment.

  • HARDSCAPE INSTALLER

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the installation of Hardscapes . Employees in this job classification may or may not be supervised and perform various duties requiring great physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to installing patios, driveways and walkways, retaining walls, fences, decks, and water features for commercial and residential properties and the operation of basic and complex mechanical equipment.

  • LANDSCAPE INSTALLER

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the installation of plants . Employees in this job classification may or may not be supervised and perform various duties requiring great physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to installing tree, shrubs, flowers, and mulch for commercial and residential properties.

  • LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the daily landscape maintenance of commercial and residential properties. Employees in this job classification are supervised and perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to, mowing, seeding and aeration, trimming and pruning, watering, and weeding of existing landscapes, and the operation of basic mechanical equipment.

  • PESTICIDE APPLICATOR

    This position includes routine manual labor associated with the application of herbicides and pesticides for commercial and residential sites. Employees in this job classification are required to possess a pesticide applicator certificate with the category designations of 3A and 3B. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to, herbicide and pesticide applications using aerosols, backpack sprayers, aqueous sprayers, and hydraulic sprayers.

  • MARKETING

    This position includes the development of advertising campaigns and market positioning based on product and service demands by customers. Employees in this job classification are responsible for identifying potential customers, compare products and services offered against competitors, develop pricing strategies to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, and oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

  • RECEPTIONIST

    This position includes the management of customer hospitality and prompt cheerful greeting of customer by phone or in person. Employees in this job classification are supervised and perform various duties requiring minimal physical strength. Typical duties include, but are not restricted to, answering phone calls, transfer customer information to appropriate departments or personnel, answer all non-service or product related questions, and perform clerical duties as assigned. Employee should be proficient with computers.

  • SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    This position includes the creation, development, and upkeep of customer relationships. Employees in this job classification are responsible for prospecting for new customers, following up on sales leads, serving as a point of contact for customer issues, nurture existing customer relationships, and attend sales functions. Employee should have a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and have a strong understanding of the products and services offered.
